Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:10 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meeting held January 10, 1978, were approved. Mr.
Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $3,721.93, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were approved.
177: DIRECTOR'S REPORT - DECEMBER 1977 On motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Thom, the Director's Report dated January 6, 1978
covering the month of December 1977, was received and filed. Mr.
Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Brief discussion followed on the fair market rent limitations imposed
by HUD for three and four bedroom units. No action was taken.
