Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:06 P.M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes
of regular meetings held March 14, 21 and 28, 1978 were approved.
Mr. Overholt abstained. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $6,887.91,,in accordance with the 1977-78 Budget, were approved.
177.137: GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE - CONTINENTAL GENERAL INSURANCE
COMPANY: On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the
Anaheim Housing Authority authorized the purchase of general liability
insurance coverage in the amount of $500.000 from Continental General
Insurance Company for one year at a cost of $683.00, as recommended
by Mr. Priest, Executive Director. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn, Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
