Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:20 P.M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of
the regular meetings held May 9 and May 16, 1978 were approved.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST TIlE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $2,922.83, in accordance with the 1977-78 Budget, were approved.
174: ADDITIONAL 400 UNITE OF SECTION 8 ALLOCATION: Mr. Priest report-
ed that HUD has awarded another 400 units of Section 8 Housing to the
City of Anaheim allocation, increasing the.City's total allocation
to 1,352 units. Mr. Priest commended the Housing staff on their per-
formance.
Mr. Seymour added that it is his belief the Section 8 Housing Program
is best served by utilizing existing units.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
