Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of the
regular meeting held June 6, 1978 were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $147,956.16, in accordance with the 1977-78 Budget, were approved.
177: AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING
HOUSING: Recommendation from the Executive Director that the Housing
Authority adopt the resolution authorizing the execution of Section 8
Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions Ccntract
Part I for the existing Housing Program and providing for the incor-
poration of said Part I into the Master Section 8 Annual Contributions
Contract (SF-498) was presented.
In accordance with the recommendation, Mr. Seymour offered Resclution
No. AHA78-6 for adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA78-6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART I FOR EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM
INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-E104-001, CA16-E104-002, CA16-E104-003,
CA16-E104-004 AND CA16-E104-005 PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF SAID
PART I INTO MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL
DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.

177.106: HOUSING AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978-79:
Mr. Priest reported that the budget for the Housing Authority appears
in the Assisted Housing portion of Community Development Department
Budget which will be reviewed during Resource Allocation Plan hearings
as part of the total City Budget.
On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mr. Roth, the Housing Authority
Budget for Fiscal Year 1978-79 was approved as submitted, in the total
amount of $3,128,470. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
