_PU_DLIC HEARING: ORDINANCE NO. 855: Vacate and abandon a portion of an alley and
an easement for alley purposes; also a portion of Kemp Street and easement for
street purposes over and across property described in Ordinance No. 855.
The City Clerk submitted affidavit of publication of said Ordinance No. 855
and affidavits of posting notices along the lines of said easement of proposed
abandonment.
No written protests were filed with the City Clerk and no one present at
the meeting objected to the proposed abandonment, thereupon the Mayor declared the

C.P.C. Res. 5 recommended the reclassification subject to the deeding of a
20 foot strip to the City of Anaheim for the future widening of Ball Road.
After discussion of proposed rezoning, Councilman Van Wagoner moved the
rezoning only apply to the North parcel and Southwest parcel of the three parcels
