The City Council of the City of Anaheim met in adjourned regular session.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEN: Fry, SchUtte, Wisser and Van Wagoner.
ABSENT : COUNCILMEN: Pearson.
CITY ATTORNEY, PRESTON TURNER: Present.
CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, KEtTH A. MJRDOCH: Present.
The meeting was calle~ to order by Mayor Pro Tem Van Wagoner, who stated
the meeting was being held, pursuant to Resolutions 2347 and 2348, respectively~ for
the purpose of conducting hearihgs on the proposed Lincoln Annexation and East
Romneya Drive Annexation.
PUBLIC HEARING: LINCOLN ANNEXATION: Public Hearing was held on the proposed Lincoln
Annexation. I
No protests were received and no one present at the meeting objected to the
proposed annexation. '
The City Clerk submit%ed affidavits of publication in both the Anaheim
Bulletin and the Placentia Courier, and affidavit that notices had been mailed to
all owners of record whose name'S appeared on the last preceding assessment roll.
ORDINANCE NO, 888: The City Cohncil approved of the annexation by introduction
of Ordinance No' 888~ offered b~ Councilman Schutte. Said Ordinance was read in
public for the first time.

proposed East Romneya Drive Annexation.
No protests were received and no one present at the meeting objected to the
proposed annexation.

ORDINANCE NO. 889: /he City CoUncil approved said proposed a~nexation, and Ordinance
No. 889 was offered for first reading by Councilman Fry who moved for its passage
and adoption.

Councilman Wisser moved to adjourn. Councilman $chutte seconded the motion.
