There will be no Zoning Administrator meeting on Thursday, May 30, 1991 due to
lack of public hearing items. The next meeting ie scheduled for June 13, 1991
at 9:30 a.m. at the City Council Chambers.
1. INFORMATIONAL ITEM:
A. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 0060: To retain.an existing
single-family residence with waiver of minimum sideyard setback
(6 feet required 5_5 feet existing) (6 feet with a combined sideyard
total of 15 feet required; 5.5 feet with a combined sideyard setback
of 13 feet existing). Property is located at 8125 East Oxley Court.
(End of public notice period: May 30, 1991).
