Determine policy for recreation site charge and consider Ordinance introduct- ion. Consider purchase of new, or additional garage and yard property. Approve Tract No. 1871, Final Map. Adopt Ordinance annexing East Romneya Annexation. Accept, or reject police car bids. Tract No..1871 be approved, subject to all F.H.A. Requiren!ents. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ~ EAST RON~YA ANNEXATIOn: The ~dministrative Officer reported favorably regardin9 the homes to be constructed in this proposed annexation, and reco~ended ~the adoption of the Annexation Ordinance. O~dinance No. 889 wa~s read in full on ~arch 8th, and further dLscuasion was held March 23rd. Councilman Schutte mgved to accept the lowest local bid on the Plymouth Power Flight ($2,113.20.) the R~bert H. Boney Co. Councilman Van Wagoner seconded the motion. Councilman Fry voted "no" on the purchase of "Power Flight". HOT-ION CARRIED. PURCHASE OF PROPERTY: DUMP:: Purchase proposal, as.._ outlined~-by Mr. Moreno and Mr. Duval regarding their sand piti was brought before the Council fo~ C~Onsideration by the Administrative Officer. B~.th Mr~ Moreno and Mr. lluval'~ wish to operate the~mp~- making charges for dumpin9privilege. Pur£hase.~ price f.or~ dump groUn8 property was submitted by Mr. South and Mr. Moreno.
