A. SPECIAL, CIRCUMSTANCES WAIVER NO 96-06• APPROVED
Ned F. Snavely, General Manager for Anaheim Marriott, request approval of Special
Circumstances Waiver to conduct additional outdoor conferences in the north pazking lot of the
Anaheim Mazriott for various dates in 1996. Property is located at 700 West Convention Way.
REMARKS: Ned F. Snavely, General Manager forAnaheim Marriott, requested addifional waivers for usage
of the north pazking lot space. He further explained that some clients request the north
pazking lot in which typically coincide with events inside the hotel. Zoning Administrator asked
about the different types of events and [he duration of the individual events in the pazking lot
azea. Mr. Snavely responded that [he events, this includes the setup and take down time,
would take place for nine days or less and this would involve event booths and outdoor
entertainment.
