1. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE WAIVER NO. 97-O1
Petitioner: Marriott Hotel, Attn: B.F. Snavely, General Mgr., 700 West Convention Way, Anaheim,
CA 92805 has requested outdoor conferences including tents in the north pazking lot at 700 West
Convention Way.
REMARKS: Kent Galante, Anaheim Marriott Hotel, 700 Convention Way, Anaheim, was present to
address questions.
No one indicated a desire to speak in opposition to subject proposal.
The Zoning Administrator approved Special Circumstances Waiver No. 97-O1, to conduct twelve (12) special
events in addition to the four (4) permitted by Code, for a total of sixteen (16) special events during [he 1997
calendar year.
In error, during the closing segment it was stated [hat a decision would be made, however a letter is will be
made fo slate the fmal remarks of the Zoning Administrator.
