CEQA EXEMPT {SECTION 15061 (B)(31} 1b. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 171 OWNER: Jose Ramos & Janet Garcia 1202 E. Haven Drive Anaheim, CA 92805 LOCATION: 1202 East Haven Drive: Property is 0.15 acre located at the southeast corner of East Street and Haven Drive, having a frontage of 81 feet on the east side of East Street, 53 feet on the south side of Haven Drive. Waiver of maximum fence height (3 foot high fence permitted; 4 foot high wrought-iron and block wall proposed) to construct a 4-foot high fence consisting of wrought-iron and block pilasters in the front yard setback area of asingle-family residence in the RS-7200 zone. APPROVED ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DECISION NO. 99-38 Continued from 8-12-99 for Readvertisement to 8-26-99 KB OPPOSITION: No one indicating their presence either for or against the project. ACTION: Kevin Bass, Associate Planner stated there were no other letters or phone calls in oppositon. ZA1p0799..DCC 10/07/99 Page 1 Mr. Jose Ramos, applicant indicated he was present at the meeting, however, did not wish to speak. Ms. Santalahti, Zoning Administsrator stated that Traffic Engineering and Planning staff has taken a look at the proposal and has determined that a 4foot high difference with wrought iron placed between the block pilasters is a minor deviation from Code requirements and that Traffic Engineering staff believes that there is sufficient visibility for the public traveling on either Haven Drive or Least Street. Ms. Santalahti, Zoning Administrator approved Administrative Adjustment No. 171 as recommended by Staff on the basis that the line of site has been reviewed and that it is a combination of block wall and wrought Iron and there are no issues regarding lines of site. 2.
