UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
NOS. 1~ 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 AND 11 HAVE COMPLIED SUFFICIEN/LY
WITH /HE AGREEMENT OF SALE AND PURCHASE DATED FEBRUARY 21, 1951, AS AMENDED, TO
AUT~QgIZE THE TRANSFER OF THE EXCLUSIVE CONTROL AND POSSESSION OF SECTION ONE AND
FACILITIES THEREIN OF THE JOINT OUTFALL SEWER OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AND TO
TRANSFER TO SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS. 1, 5, 6 AND 11 THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN SAID
SECTION ONE FOR WHICH THEY.~{AVE PAID AND ASSUMED THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS: AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS CONTRACTING AGENT FOR SAID CITIES AND SANITARY DISTRICTS
TO EXECUTE /HE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH TRANSFER, AND TO DELIVER POSSESSIC
OF SAID SECTION ONE TO SAID COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS.
On roi1 call the iforegoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the

The Mayor declared the foregoing resolution duly passed and adopted.
PROPOSED ~HANGES TO CODE: i9200.14 - Rev. Kevorkian and Mr. Rush Grange addressed
the Council in reference t° parking facilities for churches-High Schools, and other
places of assembly.
Rev. Kevorkian aad Mr. Grange were assured that any changes to the Code
would place a limitation tO churches presently established and now conducted and
maintained, and would be subject to the proposed code change.
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 78, recommending that Section 9200.14
A. USE. 2. PARKING REQUIREMENTS- (e) CHURCHES, PLACES OF ASSEMBLY, HIGH SCHOOLS AND
UNIVERSITIES be changed to read: "One space per each ten (10) seats, except for
those presently established on the date of the passage of this code change" was
considered by the Council, and on motion by Councilman Wisser, seconded by Council-
man Schutte, PUBLIC HEARING was ordered to be held July 13t 1954 on proposed change
to the Code. MOTION CARRIED.
1954-55 BUDGET: Approval of Tentative Budget for maintenance and operation of the
City of Anaheim was 9ranted on motion by Councilman Wisser, seconded by Councilman
Schutte. MOTION CARRIED.
GASOLINE BIDS: Motioned by Councilman Schutte, seconded by Councilman Fry that the
gasoline bid submitted by 2he Tide Water Associated Oil Co. Flying "A" ($.1882) be
accepted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign said contract on
behalf of the City of Anaheim. MOTION CARRIED.
OFF-STREET PARKING LO.T: Final payment was authorized for the purchase of off-street
parking lot from the Zion Evangelical Luthern Church~ pursuant to Resolution No. 2200
on motion by Councilman Schutte, seconded by Councilman Wisser. MOTION CARRIED.
PERSONNEL: The classification of "Purchasing Agent" was changed from Schedule 30
to 31, as recommended by the City Administrative Officer, and on motion by Councilman
Schutte, seconded by Councilman Fry. MOTION CARRIED.
Councilman Wisser moved to adjourn to 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 28, 1954.
Councilman Fry seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
