REQUEST: Waiver of minimum number of parking spaces (51 required; 47
proposed) at 1420 and 1422 Allec Street.
DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide
the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and having been duly noticed
and. no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to
Section 18.12.080:
1. .That the requested waiver of Code Section Nos. 18.06..050.030,
18.12.080.020 and 18..61.066 (minimum number of parking spaces in the
"Industrial, Limited" Zone, as shown on Exhibit Nos. l to 5 on file with
the City of Anaheim) is minimal, amounting to a deviance of only 4 spaces
or 8~ from the Code requirement;
2. That the parking analysis submitted by the petitioner pursuant to Section
18.06.080 was approved by the City Traffic Engineer;
3. That no written opposition to the proposal was received during the
required notification period;
4. That there are special circumstances applicable to .the property .such as
size, shape, topography, location or surroundings, which do not apply to
other identically zoned properties in the vicinity; and
5. That strict application of the Zoning Code deprives the property of
privileges enjoyed by other properties in identical zoning classification
in the vicinity.
CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator
has reviewed the .proposal to waive the minimum number of parking spaces (51
required; 47 proposed) at 1420 and-1422'`Al1ec Street; and that the Planning
Director or his authorized representative has determined .that the proposed
project falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 5', as
defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore,. categorically exempt
from the requirement to prepare an EIR.

Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant
.Administrative Adjustment No. 88-08, unconditionally.
This decision is made, signed, and entered into-the file this twenty-sixth day
