(6 feet permitted in the RS-HS-10,000 Zone; 5 feet proposed) DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been 'appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced..Administrative`Adjustment, and having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080:' 1. That approval of the proposal to waive the minimum side yard setback is authorized by Section 18.12..080.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code .(maximum 20~ deviation permitted; 16.6 deviation proposed); and 2. That no written opposition was received. during the required 10-day notification .period following the mailing of the public notice. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT-FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has .reviewed the proposal to waive the minimum side yard setback to construct a room addition at 668 South Frontier Court; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed project falls within the definition of ,Categorical Exemptions, Class 5, as defined in the State: `EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment-No.<0018, subject to the property being developed substantially in accordance with plans and'.specifications on file with the City of Anaheim labeled Exhibit No 1.
