Dobbins 6033 East Prado Place .Anaheim, CA 92807 REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct a 7 foot, 2 inch high solid -block wall on property located at 6033 East-Prado Place: SECTIONS 18.04.043.102 - Maximum fence height. and 18.26.064:110 (6 feet permitted in side and .rear yards of the RS-7200 Zone; 7 feet. 2 inches proposed) DETERMI__NATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been apgointed Zoning 'Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and said. petition having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant`to Section 18.12.080: 1. That `approval of the proposal to waive the maximum fence height is authorized by Code Section 18.12.080.010 of the Anaheim Municipal .Code (20~ deviation permitted in side and rear yards; 19.49s deviation proposed); 2. That subject property abuts Santa Ana Canyon Road, a scenic expressway, along the entire rear., property line and the increased fence height will serve to 'mitigate any adverse noise and visual impact` on subject .residential :property; and 3. No written opposition was received during the required notification period. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed the proposal to waive maximum fence height to construct a 7 foot, 2 inch solid block wall on property located at 6033 East Prado Place; and that the Planning 'Director or his authorized representative has determined that .the proposed project falls within the definition, of Categorical Exemptions, .Class 3, as defined in the State .EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR. 1 ZA 88-77 ,f , =:c.. • • Administrative Adjustment No. 0019 Page 2 Based on the.. evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 0019, subject to the property being developed .'substantially in accordance with plans and .specifications on file with the City of-Anaheim labeled Exhibit No. 1.
