Resolution-ZA 1991-09• • DECISION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR - ZA 91-9 Games Unlimited 3364 East La Palma Avenue Anaheim, CA 92807 RE: AMUSEMENT ARCADE NO. 1008 Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Administrator for the City of Anaheim has approved the above referenced permit application for an Amusement Arcade to permit twenty (25) amusement devices in an existing bowling center (Concourse Bowling) located at 3364 East La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California. The approval of this permit, in accordance with Anaheim Municipal Code Section 4.14.045, is based upon the following findings of fact: 1. That public notices were mailed on January 25, 1991, to each business and residence located within a radius of three hundred (300) feet from the premises within which said arcade is proposed (Concourse Bowling); 2. That no objections (either written, by telephone or in person) were received during the ten-day public notice period (which ended February 7, 1991) from any of the above-mentioned businesses or residences; 3. That Concourse Bowling was established at 3364 East La Palma Avenue in connection with the approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3.124 (permitting a bowling alley with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces in the Canyon Industrial Area on property zoned "ML" Industrial, Limited); 4. That the proposed use, which shall be permitted only in connection with the continued operation of the bowling alley .permitted by Conditional Use Permit No. 3124, will not be contrary to the public interest, health, safety, morals or general welfare; and 5. That subject amusement arcade (Amusement Arcade No. 1008) shall be considered null and void if Conditional Use Permit No. 3124 expires or is otherwise terminated. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning Administrator may appeal such decision to the. City Council, tendering the applicable appeal fee to the City Clerk's Office within ten days following the date of this decision Said permit shall not be deemed final, and permittee shall not be authorized to engage in the use granted by said permit, until the expiration of said ten day appeal period.
