ZA 91-42 OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR GRANTING ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 63 CEQA STATUS: Categorical Exemption, Class 5 DATE NOTICES MAILED: .October 18, 1991 REQUESTED BY: Sees Color Textiles, Inc. 1335 Knollwood Circle Anaheim, CA 92801 LOCATION: 1335 Knollwood Circle REQUEST: Waiver of the following to construct a 795 sq.ft. office addition to an existing 20,982 sq.ft. industrial building: Sections 18.06.050.0212 - Minimum number of parkins spaces. 18.06.050.031 (52 required; 48 proposed) 18.06.080 and 18.61.066.050 DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR Having been appointed Zoning Administrator by the Planning Director to decide the above-referenced Administrative Adjustment, and having been duly noticed and no written objections having been received, I do hereby find, pursuant to Section 18.12.080: 1. That the requested administrative adjustment (7.7~ fewer parking spaces than required. by Code) is specifically permitted by Section 18.12.080.020 which allows a maximum 10~ deviation from a Code requirement; and 2. That no written opposition was received during the required notification period which began on October 18, 1991. CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL ¢UALITY ACT FINDING: That the Zoning Administrator has reviewed the proposal for waiver of the minimum number of parking spaces to construct a 795 sq.ft. office addition to an existing-20,982 sq.ft. industrial building on property located at 1335 Knollwood Circle; and that the Planning Director or his authorized representative has determined that the proposed project falls within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, ,Class 5, as defined in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an EIR.
