PRESENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Wisser, Heying, Boney and Van Wagoner. ABSENT : COUNCILM]EN: None. CITY ATTORNEY TURNER: Present. Councilman Boney moved that~ report of Finance Committee be approved and that warrants be drawn upon the Treasurer to pay said Demands in accord- ance with report. Councilman Haying seconded the motion, M.C. BOARD OF EQUALIZATION: Continued meeting from July 11, 1950, to dispose of the business of equalization. RESOLUTION NO. lll: was offered by Councilman Van Wagoner who moved for its passage and adoption, refer to Board of EqUalization Resolution Book, page . On roll call, Resolution No. lli was duly passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, ~isser, Haying, Boney and Van Wagoner. NOES: COUNCILMEN: None. ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None. The Mayor declared Resolution Ne. lll duly passed and adopted. POULTRY FARM, 1504 E. Center St~, Ed. B. Clements: Police Committee was instructed to inform Mr. Clements that he ie maintaining a nuisance in the present, condition o£ the oremises of his poultry yard, which must be abated immediately. TRAI~SFEH OF FU~DS: On motion bY Councilman Heying, seconded by 0ouncilman Boney, transfer of $8,000.00 by the 0ity Treasurer, from the General Fund to the Anaheim Recreation Fund was authorized. Councilman Boney offered Resolution No. 1761 and moved for its passage and adoption, Councilman Heying seconded the motion.
