That the request is hereby granted in accordance with Subsection 18.12.080.010.0101 of the Anaheim Municipal Code which permits waiver of minimum front yard setback in connection with administrative adjustments if the deviation from the Zoning Code requirement does not exceed 20°~. 2. That the public notice inadvertently advertised this petition as No. 2000-192 instead of No. 2000-193. 3. That no written opposition was received during the required 10-day notification period which ended on April 17, 2000. Based on the evidence presented to me, I do hereby determine to grant Administrative Adjustment No. 2000-00193, subject to the following conditions: 1. That within a period of one (1) year from the date of this decision, the petitioner shall obtain a building permit for this single-family dwelling. Extensions for further time to complete this condition may be granted in accordance with Section 18.03.090 of the Anaheim Municipal Code. 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications submitted to the City of Anaheim by the petitioner and which plans are on file with the Planning Department marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
