Wiley, 4060 Lakewood Blvd., 6th Floor Long Beach, CA 90808-1700 LOCATION: 3450 East Miraloma Avenue PUBLIC MEETING DATE: October 19, 2000 REQUEST: To amend Decision No. ZA 2000-38, adopted in connection with Variance No. 2000-04411, to delete Condition No. 28 in its entirety. DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR 1. That on October 11, 2000, the Zoning Administrator adopted Decision No. ZA 2000-38 to approve Variance No. 2000-04411 and permit waivers of (a) required parking lot landscaping and (b) maximum floor area ratio (FAR) to construct a 300,000 sq.ft. single- storywarehouse distribution building and a 180,000 sq.ft. three-story office building at 3450 East Miraloma Avenue. 2. That Condition No. 28 of said decision reads as follows: "28. That additional building floor area shall not be permitted, including additional mezzanine space in the warehouse building, unless a variance for an increase in floor area ratio (FAR) and minimum number of parking spaces is submitted by the petitioner, and considered approved by the Planning Commission or the City Council at a noticed public hearing." 3. That said Condition No. 28 was inadvertently by reason of clerical error included in the Decision; and that it should be deleted therefrom. Based on the evidence and testimony presented to me, I do hereby determine to amend Decision No. ZA 2000-38, nunc pro tunc, to delete Condition No. 28 in its entirety.
