This tract is located on the north side of Ball Road between Brookhurst and Nutwood Streets. The City Planning COmmission approved said Tentative Map subject to the following condltlons: 1. REVISED T~-NTATIV£ MAP; TRACT NO. 2370: ~ubdivider, Curlett Construction Co. Located on the north side of Cerrttos Avenue starting at Nutwood Street and running westerly 1329 feet. The City Planning Commission a~proved said Revised Tentative Map subject to the following conditions: 1. The payment of $25.00 per lot for the acquisition of Park and Recreation sites. 2. Engineering requirements. Discussion was held on the width of Cerritos Avenue and the drainage problems created south of this tract when Cerrito$ AYenue is continued through. Councilman Van Wa_goner moved that the Revised Tentative Map of Tract No. 2370 be approved, subject to conditions as outlined by the City Planning Commission, and further subject to the condition that there be a 1400 sq. ft. minimum house area on the three lots on Nutwood Street. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MO/ION CARRIHD. RF-QUFSTED EXTENSION OF TIME, TRACT NO. 1752; Request from Kemmerer F-ngineering Co., Inc. on behalf of their client, Mr. 3ack Scha~iro, for a six month extention of time £or approval o£ Tract Map No. 1752 was granted by the City Council on motion by Councilman Wisser, seconded by Councilman Van Wagoner. MOTION CARRIED, FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2491; George E. Holyoke, City ~-ngineer reported that necessary bonds have been submitted and all fees paid and recommended the approval of said Final Map. City Attorney, Preston Turner advised the City Council that the bonds had been as they did not meet the requirements of the City of Anaheim. Councilman Van Wagoner moved that Final Map o£ Tract No. 2491 be approved, subject to engineering requirements and the furnishing of sufficient bonds. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 2492:_ George E. Holyoke,. City Engineer reported that necessary bonds have been sibmitted and all fees paid and recommended the approval of said Final Map, subject to engineering review. City Attorney, Preston Turner advised the City Council that the bonds had been returned as they did not ~neet the requirements of the City o£ Anaheim. Councilman Van Wagoner moved that Final Map o£ Tract No. 2492 be approved~ subj:ect to engineering requirements and ~he furnishing of sufficient bonds. Councilman Wi sser seconded the ;motion. MOTION FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 1979: George E. Holyoke, City Engineer re-commended Final Map of Tract No. 1979 be approved~ subject to the filing of necessary bonds and final engineer~ review. ' Councilman Wisser moved that Final Map of Tract No. 1979 be approved, subject to engineering requirements and the filing of sufficient bonds. Councilman Van Wagoner seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. VARIANCE NO. 517: Submitted by Mrs. May Beatty Neighbors requesting permission to use dewlling at 1723 West La Palms Avenue for the C. & E. Plumbing Co. 1~55 City Hall, Anaheim~ qalifornia, April 10~ 1956 - 7~00 P.M The City Planning commission, pursuant to their Resolution No. 158 granted said variance subject ~o the following conditions~ 1. The deeding of 2~ feet along West La Palina Avenue for street widenin9. 2. The installation iof curbs, gutters and sidewalks to be installed within 2 years° A review of action t~ken hy the City Planning Commission was ordered hy the City Council to he held!April 24, 1956, 7~00 P.M. for the working out of a definite program for the installation of curbs and sidewalks, on motion hy Councilman Wiss,r, seconded hy Councilman Van Wagoner. The City Planning commission, pursuant to their Resolution Nco 159 granted ~aid variance° No action was taken by the City Council. VARIANCE NO. 524: Submitted by Frances V. Davis requesting permission to use the building at 123 South Philadelphia Street for the storage of insulation, weatherstripping and other fireproof materials. The City Planning commission, pursuant to their Resolution No. 160 granted said variance subject ~o the installation of a hlocktopped area for parking by the residential tenants of the dwelling on the property.
