He advised that the Tentative Map has been approved by the County Planning Commission~ prior to the annexation of this territory to the City of Anaheim. (Romneya = West Annexation) Mr. Murdoch stated that the City Council could not approve the Tentative Map, until it was presented and approved by the City Planning Commission~ and a Variance applied for and granted by said Planning Commission, as the lot sizes within this tract were less than the minimum requirements as established by the Anaheim Municipal Code.
