to sections 8150 and 815001 of ,he sidewalk requirements at 1415-1421 East Romneya
Drive and stated that at any future date adjoining prope~ies are developed with
sidewalks and curbings he would be willing to construct the sidelBlks and the
curbings at the same time.

EXCAVATION IN CITY STREETS: Discussion was held by' the City Council regarding
the charge presently established by the Anaheim. Municipal Code for permits for
street-excavation in reference to the actual cost of replacing'and repairing theóstreets after such excavation, together with the possibility of requiring a
bond. be posted prior to the i.ssuance of necessary permits.
