To build the transformers so that the cooling system can be installed when electrical demands require it would cost a maximum of $3,9790000 Councilman Coons moved that the City Council authorize a Change Order 1n a maximum amount of $3,979000, as recommended by the Director of Public Utilities, to the contract with the Bechtel Corporation entered into pursuant to Resolution Noo 3505 for the construction of a 11-4 KV Substation (W.O. 2261) to build the transformers so that a forced-air cooling system can be i.nstalled when requireda Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. Mayor Pro Tern Wisser called the meeting to order. r- FINAL MAP, TRACT NO. 3051, City Engineer, George E. HOlyoke, reported that the final map of Tract No. 3051 was substantially the same as the tentative map pre- viously approved and that all fees have been paid and necessary bonds posted, and recommended the acceptance of said tract. Councilman Coons moved the Final Map of Tract No. 3051 be accepted sub- ject to engineering requirements as recommended by the City Engineer. Councilman Fry seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
