NORTHEAST ANNEXATION NO.2: Attention was called to an error in the description
of the property proposed for annexation known and designated as the Northeast
Annexation NOD 20 It was noted that in call Noo 20 an extra call was included and
should be eliminatedo

Councilman Coons moved that the following course be stricken from Paragraph I
20 of the description9 to-wit~ S 400 280 E 71075 feet, and that the description as
corrected be used in all future proceedings in this matter~ Councilman Wisser seconded

STATE AGREEMENT NO. 7~UT-l~37: Agreement with the State of California for the
relocation of a manhole off Euclid Avenue, Route 175, Interchange Area, dated
July 20, 1956 at the estimated cost of $500050, was submittedo On motion by
Councilman Fry, seconded by Councilman Wisser, said Agreement was approved
and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City of
