PR~SENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Wisser, Heying, Boney and Van Wagoner. ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None. CITY ATTORNEY, PP~STON TURNER: Present. CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: KEITH A. MURDOCH: Prese~t. Special Called Meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, called for 4:45 P. M., Tue~day, January 29,1952 for the prupose of considering and acting upon the following matter: ~lON · 1 9: Councilman Heying offered Resolution No. 1919 and moved for its passage and adoption. Councilman Van Wagoner seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED A RESOLG-rrrION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OE' TEE CITY OF ANAfi:EIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYINC TO THE CITY OF ANAHF~IM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE~ffiNT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND ~tAINTENANCE OF A STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM. (Tract 1493) Refer to Resolution Book, page ~,;z/ On roll call the foregoing Resoluticn was duly passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: COlrnCIL~~: Pearson, Wisser, Heying, Boney and Van Wagoner. COUNCILMEN; None. COUNCILMEN: None. The Mayor declared the foregoing Resolution duly paased and adopted. Councilman Van Wagoner moved to adjourn. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. The Meeting was called to order by the City Clerk for the purpose of electing a Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Anaheim. Councilman Heying nominated Councilman Van Wagoner and moved the nomination be closed. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. Councilman Van Wagoner was seated as Mayor Pro Tem. .....
