A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was pc
on October 15, 2004 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
order at 5:14 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anal
Boulevard.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
James Robert Reade spoke of Anaheim's future.
Speaking in the Japanese language, Alma Ramirez offered comments.

Agency Member McCracken moved to approve the consent calendar, seconded by
Agency Member Hernandez. Roll Call vote: Ayes- 4; Chairman Pringle, Agency
Members: Chavez, Hernandez, and McCracken. Noes- 0. Absence- 1; Council
Member Tait. Motion carded.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute an attorney services
agreement with Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson for specialized experti
connection with the redevelopment of various environmentally contaminated
properties.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Professional Se~
Agreement with Lawson & Associates Geotechnical Consulting, Inc, in an am
not to exceed $150,000, to provide geotechnical services for the developmen
the Anaheim VVestgate Center.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to
Professional Service Agreement with Willdan Associates to increase the total
contract authority by $150,000, for administrative assistance and environment~
assessments for funded programs and engineering services for the Santa Ana
Street Revitalization Project.
Approve minutes of the Agency meeting held September 28, 2004.
