The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held February 13, 1951' and Adjourned
Regular Meetings held February 15 and 20, 1951 were approved on motion by Councilman
Wisser, seconded by Councilman :Boney. 'MOTION CARRIED.
DEI~S against the City in the amount of $67,283.83 were reported by Councilman
:Boney who moved that demands be approved and that warrants be drawn upon the
Treasurer to pay said, demands.' Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
~;'AYR01L RESOLUTION: It was moved by Councilman :Boney, seconded by Councilman Wiseer
that the following changes be made ia Resolution Ho. 1820: To include, Fire Engineer
at the rate of $210.00' per month; to include, Extra Patrolman at the rate of $1.32
per hour, to include Sto~eroom Superintendent at the rate of $340.00 per month.

C- ';DE 32ATTY CIRCUS: The City Council granted the Clyde Bea.tty Circus permission
to exhibit their show, Wednesday, April 25, 1951 at the location of La Palma and
Citron Streets.
Permission was granted John L. Bovee, Jr. to place a camp trailer in the rear of
the main building of the Investment in Youth Incorporated, formerly the La Palma
School, to be used by the caretaker.
J..,I:DCNv,HITNALI,: Communication from the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce requesting the
continued emploJrment of Mr. Gordon Whitnall to deal with over-all planning jOb
and redesigning of streets in the area of the Santa Ana Freeway and tha future
development of engineering design as to street layouts in Anaheim.
Mr. Joe Thompson, Chairman of the Anaheim City Planning Commission addressed
the Council urging the retention of Mr. Whitnall for Planning and Zoning matters
and the enactment of a new proposed subdivision ordinance.
