The Ci.ty Connell of the City of Anaheim met in Special Called Meeting.

CITY ADlvIINISTRATlVE OFFICER: KEITH A. MURDOCH: Present.
Meeting was called by ~ort Chas. A. Pearson for the purpose of considering
any matters that may legally come before said special meeting, and for the purpose of
::onsidering the matter of furnishing a site to the County of Orange for the location of
a Municipal Court Building.
All members of the City Council signed consent to hold said Special Meeting.
On motion by COuncilman Heying, seconded by Councilman Boney, the following
salary adj'lstments were made to be effective August 1. 19511 MOTION CARRIED.
Assistant Garage and Shop Superintendent, $300.00 :per month, to $325.00 per Mo.

~rrr~ICIFAL COURT: Councilman Heying moved that the City of Anaheim furnish a suitable site
upon the La Palma Park Property for the purpose of locating the Municipal Court building
for the northern Orange County Court District. Councilman Boney seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
J. J. DWY~, yroperty: Councilman Heying moved that the City Attorney work out an agreement
on the three houses of J. J. Dwyer for continued operation and maintenance by the City of
Anaheim. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
Councilman Van Wagoner moved to ajourn. Councilman Wisser seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
