motion by Councilman Wisser. seconded iy Councilms~ Boney. MOTION CARRIED.
DE~~NDS: Demands against the city amounting to $153,860.51 was reported by Councilman
Van Wagoner. Councilman Boney moved that report of Finance Committee be accepted and
that warrants be drawn upon the Treasurer to pay said Demands in accordance with report.
Councilman Heying seconded the motion. MOTION CAP~IED.

Written Appeal from decision of the Planning Commission by Applicants. Reinhold
Jeschke and Alvina Jeschke was submitted and read to the City Council.
Councilman Van Wagoner moved that Public Hearing be held before the City Council
on the matter. November 27, 1951 at 8100 o'clock P.M. Councilman Wisser seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.

held November 13, 1951 approved the Final Map on Tract No. 1356.
Location of this tract: Southeast corner of North East Street and La Palma
Avenue, 97 lots. The easterly 56 lots are in Oount7 territory proposed for annexation.
Action by the Oity Council on Tract No. 1356 was held over as no bonds have
been presented the City Bngineer.

1951, in reference to Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, Magnolia Trunk Sewer; finding
that the Contractor has completed the work in accordance to plans and specifications,
and recommending the acceptance of the work to the City Council in reference to their
inspection of Unit No.1, of the Magnolia Trunk Sewer, under contract to the V. C. x.
Construction Company. Councilman Boney moved the communication be received and filed.

by Councilman Heying, seconded by Councilman Boney, and the Mayor and Clerk were
authorized to sign the same for the City of Anaheim. MOTION CARRIED.

regarding payment of fire damage claim to the Public Library in the amount of $24.43.
They request this settlement be made at the anniversary date of the policy, since the

by the City Council.

of Id. Stringer. Anaheim Y1re Chief as Alternate Fire Chief in connection the Region
X. C1T11 Defense activities.
'RCYEEENT CF OHANGETHORPE: State Highway Routing of truck traffic through the City
of Anaheim and the improvement and widening of Orangethorpe was brought up. It was
moved by Councilman Heying. seconded by Councilman Boney that the Clerk write a letter
to the State Highway Department stating the views of the City Council in the matter.
