Council of the Ci t:l of Anaheim met in Adjourned Regular Session. : RESENT : COUNCILMEN: PearfoL, Wi sser, Heying, Boney and Van Wagoner. ABSEKT: COUNCIL~~N: None. CITY ATTOID~EY, PP~STON TURNER; Present. CITY AD~lINISTRATIVE OFFICER, KEITH A. MURDOCH: Absent. UTF~RS PP..ESENT; On behalf of the Steele Petroleum Co.: Lathrop & Lathrop, Mr. Lombard and Mr. S~~fer, Attorney. on Mills Drive_ Mr. H. W. Colgan. Mr. Steele, Mr. Cook, Also present, a resident City Attorney, Turner proceeded with discussion and clarification of the Public Resources Code, Chapter 5, Section 7051 through 7057. The City Attorney's recommendation was to follow procedure prescribed by law. and as outlined by it in proposed Resolutions Nos. 1900 and 1901. Mr. Shafer, Attorney for Steele Petroleum Co. also addressed the Council and further assisted clarifying differences of opinions which had arisen. Councilman Heying offered Resolution No. 1900 and moved for its passage and adoption. Councilman Boney seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. !~A RESOLUTION ~F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF CEHTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM." Refer to Hesolution Book, page (0 ,;',/_~"" On roll call the foregoing Resolution was duly passed and adopted by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: COUNCILMEN: COUNCILMEN: Pearson. Wisser, Heying, Boney and Van Wagoner. None. None. The Mayor declared the foregoing Resolution duly passed a.nd adopted. Councilman Van Wagoner offered Resolution No. 1901 and moved for its passage and adoption. Councilman Wisser seconded the motion.
