. E. H, Kersten: Re: change of zone: Communication from Dr.
Kersten calling attention to the zoning of his property on La Palma, Pal. and Citron
Streets in which the City Planning Commission originally asked for change of class-
ification from an R-l to R-3 Zone, which action was withdrawn by the City Plannin&
Commission because of the objections of the people across the street on Citron who
wish the territory to remain as R-l. Dr. Kersten stated the change to an R-3 Zone
was perfectly agreeable to him. and requested that, the c~ge of ~one be,made.
The City Council referred 'he matter to the Admtnistrative officer on
motion by Councilman Van Wagoner. seconded by Councilman Wisser. MOTION CARRIED.
KlwANI Kiwanis Club was granted the use of the Greek Theatre and
facilities for picnic for approximately 400 people on Tuesday. August 5. 1952
subject to payment of the usual fee of $35.00 wherein the Public Adress System is
