RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 738
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED TO TRAILER
COACH ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of
certain real property in the vicinity of Jefferson Street
and La Palma Avenue in the City of Anaheim, which said
property has been declared surplus by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Trailer Coach Association desires to
purchase said property from the City of Anaheim, for the
establishment of its headquarters buildings on said site; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to sale said real pro-
perty to the Trailer Coach Association; and
WHEREAS, the City has caused the deed of said pro-
perty to be prepared for the signature of the Mayor and the
City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain grant deed in favor of the
Trailer Coach Association covering the following described
property:
That portion of the northwest quarter of Fractional
Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
La Palma Avenue with the centerline of Jefferson
Street, said centerline of Jefferson Street being
the west line of said Fractional Section 4; thence
East 217.85 feet along a portion of the centerline
of La Palma Avenue, as approved and adopted by
Anaheim City Council by Resolution No. 65R-488,
June 29, 1965 and recorded December 28, 1965 in
Book 7787, page 878 of Official Records of Orange
County, to the true point of beginning; thence con-
tinuing along said centerline of La Palma Avenue
East 282.15 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northwesterly having a radius of 1200 feet;
thence easterly and northeasterly along said curve
through a central angle of 330 01' 28" an arc dis-
tance of 691.66 feet to the intersection with the
easterly line of that parcel of land conveyed to
the City of Anaheim by deed recorded November 29,
1966 in Book 8114, page 885 of Official Records of
Orange County, California; thence northerly along
said easterly line a distance of 100.45 feet to
the northeast corner of said parcel of land conveyed
to the City of Anaheim; thence south 870 51' 00" West
936.81 feet to the northwest corner of said parcel of
land conveyed to the City of Anaheim; along the west
line of said parcel and its southerly prolongation
a distance of 259.18 feet to the true point of
beginning.

Reserving unto the City of Anaheim an easement
for road and public utility purposes along the
southerly 53.00 feet lying within the right of
way of La Palma Avenue, the centerline of which
has been described in the above mentioned Book
7787, page 878 of Official Records of Orange
County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of December, 1969.
