PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and main-
tenance of sewer line over, under and across that por-
tion of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B.
& M., lying Northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly line qf
Lot 21, Tract No. 59, Peralta Hills Tract ,No. 2, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 18, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County California, with the
Southeasterly line of that parcel of land deeded to the
State of California by deed recorded April 23, 1948,
Document No. 17410 in Book 1754, page 43, of Official
Records; thence North 620 56' 22" East along said South-
easterly line 11.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence South 780 50' 4611 East to the point of terminus in
the Westerly line of Crescent Drive.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and
across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the Northerly
line of said strip being the Southerly line of Parcel One.
The Easterly and Westerly lines of said strip to be lengthened
or shortened, as the case may be, to coincide with the South-
easterly line of Santa Ana Canyon Road and the Southwesterly
line of Crescent Drive.
Said temporary easement to expire upon the completion of the
installation of a sewer line, but not later than December 1,
1970.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
