RESOLUTION NO. 69R-734
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CONDITIONAL
EASEMENT DEED FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, FOREST LAWN CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, a
California corporation, did tender to the City of Anaheim
a Conditional Easement Deed for road and public utility
purposes on the south side of Lincoln Avenue immediately
east of State College Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the conditions upon which said dedication
shall become effective are set forth in said dedication and
are satisfactory insofar as the City of Anaheim is concerned;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said dedi-
cation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that it accept and it does hereby
accept that certain Conditional Easement Deed for road and
public utility purposes from FOREST LAWN CEMETEARY ASSOCIATION,
as owners of said easement along Lincoln Avenue immediately
east of State College Boulevard.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me thi.s 23rd day of December , 1969.
