A RESOLUTJON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIt1 ACCEPTING EASElvlENT GRAl~T DEED
CONVEYINGi TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY fOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROll...D AND PUBLIC
UTILI~"Y PWRPOSES.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch~sing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purpos$s
and
WHEREAS, the owner - of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOHM~NA Do~mIES. a widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for rORn

be, and the same is qereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR~HER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
