A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal Qurgoses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the sarne-to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
GENE E. STINSqN and DIANNA L. STINSON, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility pu~oses
, and more part~cularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Northerly 45 feet, as
measured at right angles to the centerline of Cerritos
Avenue, of that parcel of land described as follows:
Lot 6 of Tract 1647, as shown on a Map thereof re-
corded in Book 87, pages 10 to 13, inclusive, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
Note: For the purpose of this description, the
northerly line of said Lot 6 is assumed to
be the centerline of Cerritos Avenue.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
