A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous gf purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
;
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
WK. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware corporat:1on
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the South 320 feet of the
North 666 feet of the East half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of said section;
thence along the East line of said section South 00
13' 47" East 506.00 feet; thence South 890 39' 14"
West 301.95 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing South 890 39' 14" West 276.29 feet; thence
South 830 03' 53" West 86.54 feet; thence North 00
13' 50" West 10.07 feet; thence North 830 03' 53"
East 84.95 feet; thence North 890 39' 14" East 45 feet;
thence North 00 20' 46" West 20 feet; thence North 890
39' 14" East 1'5 feet; thence South 00 20' 46" East
20 feet; thence North 890 39' 14" East 216.39 feet
to a point in a curve concave Easterly and having a
radius of 50 feet, a radial line bearing North 780
07'01" West passes through the said point in said
curve; thence Southerly along a portion of said
curve through a central angle of 110 32' 13" an arc
distance of 10.07 feet to the true point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
