RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 705
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT BRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
sewer line purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
SOUTHWEST TITLE AND TAX COMPANY
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
sewer line u oses
, an more part1cu ar Y lows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
a sanitary sewer line under and across the West 10
feet of that portion of the East half of the North-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said East
half, North 0'" 14' 40" West 330.00 feet from the
Southwest corner of said East half; thence North 0'"
14' 40" West 354.76 feet along said West line to a
line parallel with and Southerly 660.00 feet from
the North line of said Section 14; thence North 89'"
41' 29'" East 331.19 feet along said parallel line
to the West line of Tract No. 3886, as per Map re-
corded in Book 151, pages ~, 9 and 10 of said Miscel-
laneous Maps; thence South OV 14' 57" East 354.35
feet along said West line to a line parallel with
and Northerly 330.00 feet from the South line of
said East half; thence South 890 37' 16" West
331.22 feet along said parallel line to the point
of Beginning.
Except therefrom the Southerly 165.00 feet thereof.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
