A RESOLllJ'TION OF 'l"RE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A1'1AHn:II~i AJvlENDING RESOLUTION l~O. 68R-456
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 68-69-6.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
July 30, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R-456 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 6a-69-6, finding and determining that the pro-
perty and area therein descriDed should be changed from R-A,
RESIDENTIAL AGRICWLTURAL ZONE, to R-3, MULTIPLE-FM1ILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, upon certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
{~IEP~AS, the City Council does find that an additional
condition should be o added to said Resolution No. 68R-456, to be
numbered Condition No.8, reading as follows:
"8. 'rhat ordinances reclassifying subject property shall
be adopted as each parcel complies with the condi-
tions pertaining to such parcel, provided, however,
that the Vlord "parcel II shall mean presently existing
parcels of record, and parcel or parcels approved
by the City Council for a lot split. II
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R-456 in Reclassifica.-
tion Proceedings ~o. 68-69-6 be, and the same is, hereby amended
by adding thereto Condition No.8, reading as follows:
1;8. That ordinances reclassifying subject property shall
be adop~ed as each parcel complies with the condi-
tions partaining to such parcel, provided, however,
that the word "parcell! shall mean presently existing
parcels of record, and parcel or parcels approved
by the City Council for a lot split."
BE IT FURThER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R-456 be, and remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance amenCiing Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and deter-
mined to be neces~ary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of December, 1969.
