A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2122 0
-
Anaheim
Parcell: The North half of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 27, in Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Anaheim, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of said Orange County. EXCEPT the Westerly
40 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 220
feet thereof, measured along the Westerly line of said North
half.
Parcel 2: The South 160.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 27, in Township 4 South, Range
10 West, partly in the Rancho Las Bolsas, and partly in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
November 3 , 19 69, notice of which said public hearing
was duly given as requirea-by law and the provision~ of Title 18,
Chapter 18076 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due
inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its
behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution NOoPC69-222, Series
19 69 , denying said variance and
WHEREAS, therafter , within twenty-two {22.} .".days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal
was filed with the City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting
the action of the City Planning Commission denying said
variance, and said appeal was set for public hearing. on
DecemDer 2 ,19 69 , at 1:30 o'clock P.M. at the City
Hall in the City-of AnifiiTm, and notice of such.public hearing
was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18,
Chapter ld.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation and stug~es made by

evidence and reports offered at said hearing, the City Council
does find and determine that~
1. There is no substantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
and denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be
adequately developed and used under the present
zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission

in denying said variance be and the same is hereby sustained.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of December, 1969.
