A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous af purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

over, under and across that portion of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Ball
Road and Sunkist Street, as shown on a Map filed
in Book 90, page 5 of Record of Surveys in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence
North 890 55' 36'1 ~,qest along the centerline of
Ball Road 659.96 feet; thence North 00 19' 49"
East 53 feet to an intersection with a line paral-
lel with and 53 feet Northerly of the centerline
of said Ball Road; thence South 890 55' 36" East
590.03 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25
feet; thence Northeasterly and Northerly along
said curve through a central angle of 890 53' 12"
an arc distance of 39.22 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 45 feet Westerly
of the centerline of said Sunkist Street; thence
North 00 11' 12" East parallel to the centerline
of said Sunkist Street, 595.18 feet; thence South
890 57' 45" East, 45 feet to an intersection with
the centerline of said Sunkist Street; thence
South 00 11' 12" West 673.16 feet along the said
centerline of Sunkist Street to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
