69R-681 RESOLUTION NO. 69R-681 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2134 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a petition for zoning variance from LENORE N. KOEBRICH, OWNER and J. ROBERT ALBERT, AGENT of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, described as follows: The West 165 feet of the North 650 feet of the East half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the city of Anaheim on N~V~be{ 3 ,19 ~9 ,notice of which said public hearing was u y g1ven as requ red by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution No. PC 69-224 denying said variance and WHEREAS, thereafter within twenty-two (22) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action taken by the City Planning Commission in ~ing said variance and did set a public hearing thereon to e held on the 2nd day of December , 19 69 ,at i:3S otclock P.M. in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, and not1ce of such public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and -1- 'CT__",,,,,,,",,,,.,,,,,,,_.,___,,,,,,,,,,_,<,, WHEREAS, the City Council does find that: 1. There is no substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied the subject property. 2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately developed and used under the present zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission in denying said variance be and the same is hereby sustained.
