A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter desc~ibed real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley
and public utility purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DAVID A. SKELLY and
CAROLINE C. &KELLY, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the\City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of. California, to b~ used for an easement for alley
and public utilit ur oses
, and more part~cularly descr~ ed as fol ows:
An easement for alley and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcel of land:
The Easterly 2.5 feet of Lot One in Block 4 of Tract No.
304, Mills Park Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 14, page 50 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that'the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
