A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
and public utility purposes
of Anaheim is
real property
road
and
WHEREAS, the owner___ of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of INMONT CORPORATION, an
Ohio corporation, who acquired title as InteTcherni~al
Corporation, an Ohio corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and Public Utilita Purposes
, an more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the East half of the
Southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South half of
the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 3; thence South 00 00' 45" West 964.20 feet
along the West line of the East half of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 3; thence South 890 59' 15"
East to the intersection with a line that is parallel
with and 45 feet Easterly of said West line; thence
North 00 00' 45- East along said parallel line, 909.18
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence northerly
and easterly along said curve through a central angle of
900 01' 00" an arc distance of 39.28 feet; thence North
00 01' 45" East 30.00 feet to the intersection with the
North line of said South half of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 3; thence North 890
58' 15" West along said North line, 70.02 feet to the
point of beginning.

-- be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
