OF ANAaEIM ACCEPTING EA~EMRNT r,RANT nRRn
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD, ALLEY AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for

WHEREAS, the owner-s- of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, TUEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
alley, and public utility purpnfP~ i
, and more part1cu arly described as fo lows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across the following described
parcel of land:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Anaheim
Boulevard (formerly known as Los Angeles Street) and
Water Street, as shown on the map of Tract 373, recorded
in Book 15, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence fOllowing along the
centerline of said Water Street, North 740 24' 00" East
50.33 feet; thence South 150 36' 00" East 21.75 feet to
a point in a line tangent to the beginning of a curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Westerly, Southwesterly and Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 900 54' 00" an arc
distance of 23.80 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 34.75 feet Easterly of the centerline
of said Anaheim Boulevard; thence South 730 30' DO" West
34.75 feet to the centerline of said Anaheim Boulevard;
thence North 160 30' 30" West 37.54 feet along the center-
line of said Anaheim Boulevard to the point of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for alley and public utility
purposes over, under and across the Easterly 2.5 feet of
Lots 1 and 2 in Block A of Tract No. 373, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 15, page 49 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of s.id real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of November , 19 69
