RESOLUTION NO. 69R-647
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GIOIA BONOMINI, a
widow
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Orangewood
Avenue and Loara Street; thence South 000 54' 55" East
along the centerline of said Loara Street, 171.44 feet;
thence South 890 14' 27" West, 32 feet; thence North
000 54' 55" West 120.48 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15.00
feet; thence northerly and westerly along said curve through
a central angle of 890 51' 30" an arc distance of 23.52
feet; thence South 890 13' 35" West, 8304 feet; thence
North 000 54' 55" West, 36 feet to the intersection with
the centerline of Orangewood Avenue; thence North 890 13'
35" East along said centerline, 130 feet to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
