RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER METER, WATER
VAULT AND WATER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EUNICE WILLIAMS. dealing

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for water
meter, water vault and ~ater line pur~OS!s.

PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and maintenance of
a water meter, water vault and appurtenances under and across that
portion of Lot 4, Stockwell Subdivision, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the north line of Tract No. 5703, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 209, pages 26 and 27 of said
Miscellaneous Maps, 70 feet easterly, measured along said north
line, of the northwest corner of said Tract No. 5703; thence at
right angles to said north line, North 00 02' 00" West, 25 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 00 02' 00"
West, 15 feet; thence North 890 58' 00" East, 25 feet; thence
South 00 02' 00" East, 15 feet; thence South 890 58' 00" West,
25 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for the installation and maintenance
of a water line under and across a strip of land 10 feet wide,
in Lot 4 of said Stockwell Subdivision, the centerline of said
strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in said north line of Tract No. 5703, 2 feet
easterly, measured along said north line of the northwest corner
or last said tract; thence North 640 25' 18" East, 75.37 feet,
more or less, to a point in the west line of the above-described
Parcel one, said point being the point of terminus of the herein
described centerline.

ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
