A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R -591
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND SUPERVISORY
MANAGEMENT, AND DESIGNATING A CURRENT JOB
CLASSIFICATION AS AN UPGRADE CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated July 23, 1980 that the job classification of Utilities System
Scheduler be designated an upgrade classification, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 79R -591 which established rates of compensation for classes designated
as Staff and Supervisory Management, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
designation of upgrade for this classification is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, that the salary schedule of the classification of Utilities System
Scheduler X1402 D -E, be amended to XU 1402 D -E to designate it an upgrade
classification.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolu-
tion No. 79R -591 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of July
1980.
