80R-409 RESOLUTION NO. 80R -409
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80R -361
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR
THE SCHWEITZER PARK IMPROVEMENT, ACCOUNT
NO. 16- 817 -7103.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council that no bids were received up to the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 4th day of September, 1980 in connection with the above- mentioned
public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to re- advertise the opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 80R- 361, approved on the 12th day
of August, 1980, be and the same is hereby, amended to the following
extent only:
1. That the opening of the bids shall be on the
9th day of October, 1980.
2. That the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals shall be
published on September 25th and October 2nd, 1980.
3. That the award of the contract shall be made on
the 28th day of October, 1980.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 80R -361 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of September, 1980.
